Get Lucky 2020 ticket holders your ticket value has been automatically issued as a credit inside your Eventbrite account. You can use this credit at any V2 Presents Festival up until Get Lucky 2022, including Get Funky 2021, Das Energi 2021 and Get Freaky 2021.

Das Energi 2020 ticket holders your ticket will be honored at Das Energi 2021. Bring your Das Energi 2020 ticket to Das Energi 2021. You do not need to do anything further.

If you already received a voucher for Get Lucky 2020 or Das Energi 2020 your voucher is located in your Tixel account or your Eventbrite account.
