Due to COVID-19 Get Lucky Festival 2020 was shut down. We are offering refunds or exchanges for a Das Energi Festival 2020 on your Get Lucky Festival 2020 tickets.

Exchanges

Get Lucky 2020 tickets will be automatically transferred to Das Energi Festival 2020, please keep your ticket and you’ll be allowed entry for the corresponding ticket type.

If you receive a refund for your Get Lucky 2020 ticket you will not receive your transferable Das Energi Festival 2020 ticket.

If you haven’t requested for a refund by March 27th then your ticket will automatically transfer to a Das Energi Festival 2020 ticket.

Physical tickets- refunds will be granted at point of purchase.
