V2 Presents Marketing Internship
Fall: September – January 9th 2020.
5-10 hours per week.
We are open Monday-Thursday from 11:30AM – 5:00PM. We can work with you on the days and times but must have some time between those hours.
We require our interns to have access to a car and a knowledge of dance music and dance music events.
This is mainly an unpaid internship, that can be used for college credit. You will be participating in Get Freaky 2019, and other V2 Presents produced events throughout your internship. Some of those hours will be paid.
You will be assisting our Marketing Department. Some things you’ll be working on include social media content creation, creative writing, updating online event listings, graphic design ( if you have experience) and many other things.
There may be some physical labor involved, including carrying boxes and boxes and more boxes. On the festival site you will act as a Production Assistant. Helping our team with whatever they may need to create a multi day multi stage festival.
You will gain experience in the nightlife and music festival industry, mainly social media promotion for concerts and festivals as well as how a festival production company functions.
