About Kumarion:

Defining the sonic border of aggression and harmony, forward-thinking bass producer Kumarion is reimagining the capabilities of modern sound design. While Kumarion is still a young name in the bass community, he’s quickly garnered acclaim and accolades to make a fixed impression. His track, “(Give It To Me Like I) Want It,” stole the show during the abrupt 2020 festival season, earning co-signs from Boombox CartelCloZeeFeed MeJOYRYDEMadeon, & RL Grime. He followed his debut with Closer / Wanna, a two-track EP released with legendary European label UKF’s Pilot Imprint. His next original work, “Enemy,” found a similarly prominent placement, earning a spot on RL Grime’s Sable Valley first-ever label compilation. 2021 saw releases with Monstercat (“Pure Action”), UKF (“ Instinct”), Jadu Dala (“Bad”), and Deadbeats (“Aura”), in addition to a live performance slate that included a national run on Dirt Monkey’s Depolarize tour and support slots for acts like GRiZ and Liquid Stranger.

With the community and contemporaries behind him, Kumarion is pledged to delivering dynamic art that contributes to continued prominence of drum & bass in America. Expect more releases in the 175 BPM range as well as further exploration of the bass genre throughout 2023 and beyond.

About Vampa:

After discovering her passion for electronic music in college, VAMPA began to energize Chicago’s bass music scene, releasing tunes that showcase both her songwriting ability and sultry vocals. She signed with The GRAVEDANCER Agency in 2018, and has been consistently mesmerizing crowds since.

VAMPA is a bona fide genre-bender. Her ability to layer her signature delicate melodies over pounding synths evokes the sensation of swirling darkness and light together. Her energy is unmistakable — VAMPA has come to break our necks and suck our blood.
