Das Energi Festival is right around the corner, and it’s time to start your festival prep. This event guide is your key to navigating the shows with ease, offering detailed information, a handy FAQ, travel advice, and our clear bag policy, along with a list of allowed items. Prepare yourself for a truly magical weekend at Das Energi Festival!
THE MAINSTAGE – ENERGI FIELD
Step onto Energi Field and feel the powerful vibrations, the intense beats, and pure bliss, that you’ll only find at a festival mainstage. This is the heart of Das Energi, where the music and crowd come together in harmony. Get ready for a whole new stage design this summer at Energi Field.
THE SALTAIR STAGE – SYNERGY STATION
At Synergy Station, the ENERGI of the crowd and the music combine to create a powerful experience. As you dance, you’ll feel the synergy build, taking you to new heights. Head upstairs for a cold drink while you dance. This massive building will feel intimate when you step on the dance floor, creating an a vie you’ve never felt at The Saltair.
THE BEACH STAGE – GALACTIC FLATS
Venture to the edge of Das Energi and discover the Galactic Flats, a place for free expression and exploration. Placed on the beach of the great Salt Lake, you’ve never danced in a place like this. Enjoy only proper sets from top DJs and captivating art installations in this unique, otherworldly atmosphere.
THE BEACH MARKET – VENDOR VILLAGE
Located on the beach of the Galactic Flats, our Vendor Village is your go-to spot for all things food, fashion, and festival vibes. Satisfy your cravings with a variety of food vendors offering pizza, snow cones, tacos, and more. Vegan friends, don’t miss out on the delicious bites at Common Ground Eatery.
LIVING ART – V2 PERFORMERS
Experience the magic of living art with our V2 Performers. With their stunning costumes and dance moves, they light up the stages and inspire the crowd. Experience the magic of our V2 Performers throughout the festival.
Where is this event?
Das Energi Festival will take place at the Saltair Amphitheater. Address: 12408 W Saltair Dr, Magna, Utah.
What are the event hours?
Doors open at 5:00 PM on both Friday & Saturday and the show ends at 2:00 AM on both nights.
Where can I store my items?
Lockers are available to rent. you can pre-purchase here (click tickets and scroll down to the add on section) or you can rent a locker inside the festival.
Lockers will be available in 2 sizes: normal or xl. a normal locker measures approximately 8″ high, 12″ wide, and 16″ deep—plenty of space for backpacks or purses. an xl locker measures 12″ high, 17″ wide, and 16″ deep. All lockers are equipped with charging cables to plug your phone in and charge it.
Will set times be available before the show?
Absolutely! Look out for the set times the week before the show. Keep in mind, they might adjust slightly.
Is this show inside or outside of The Saltair?
Das Energi Festival has 3 stages! One inside and 2 outside. We even put a stage on the beaches of The Saltair. So wear shoes that can traverse any terrain.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The show will go on, come rain or shine!
Is tailgating allowed in the parking lot?
Tailgating, drinking, or hanging out in the parking lot is strictly prohibited. Security and police will be monitoring the area, so please head straight into the event after parking.
Are bags allowed?
Yes some bags are allowed, refer to the clear bag policy below.
Can I leave the show and come back?
No re-entry is allowed at this show. Please plan accordingly.
I lost something, help!
Don’t worry, there’s a chance to reclaim your lost items. Our Lost and Found is open during the show. Afterward, check our off-site Lost & Found starting at 4:00 PM the Monday after the event. Lost & Found inventory can be found here.
Do you offer ADA accommodations?
Yes, ADA accommodations are provided by the venue. Please fill out this form here.
Can I bring my service animal?
Service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not permitted. Only legitimate service animals that are trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome.
The service animal and owner attending must comply with the following guidelines:
- All animals should have legally required vaccinations (which may need to be verified).
- The animal must be housebroken
- The animal must be under control of and with its handler at all times
- The animal must not threaten the health or safety of any person or other animal
- Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
- If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
How do I bring my Medical Prescription?
If you do need to bring a medical prescription in, you can check in with the security manager at the front gates.
Can I bring a sign or totem?
Handheld signs are welcome, but totems, including retractable flagpoles, are not allowed.
I can’t find my tickets! Help!
When you order tickets on Eventbrite, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the Eventbrite app or website using the email on your order. Then, go to Tickets.
There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your Eventbrite account:
- Different email address: You’re logged into Eventbrite using a different email address than the one you used to place the order.
- Typo in your email address: The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.
- The organizer needs more information: The event organizer is requesting additional information before your tickets can be issued. Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Tickets to provide the requested information.
Do I have to print my ticket, or can I bring it on my phone?
You have both options! After purchasing tickets through Eventbrite, an account is automatically set up with the email you used. To find your tickets, just log into the Eventbrite app or their website using this email. Navigate to ‘Tickets’ to view your options.
How do I update a name or email on a ticket?
No stress about names on tickets – we don’t check them. If you need to make changes, you can find how to do it here.
What if I have a question about my online ticket?

Can I transfer my ticket to a different day?
You can transfer between events or tickets. Go to the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, select your order, and click “Transfer”. Then choose “Change Event” to transfer to a different event hosted by the organizer or “Change Ticket” to transfer to a different ticket (or seat) within the same event.
Can I upgrade from a Single Day ticket to a 2 Day ticket? or from GA to VIP?
Yes, you can upgrade from a Single Day ticket to a 2 Day ticket! But you cannot downgrade. Read the instructions on how to do this using the Eventbrite website here.
Will tickets be available at the box office?
If the show is not sold out we will be selling tickets at the box office. But we highly suggest purchasing before the day of show to save money. And you can avoid the line at the box office by purchasing online, there is no savings in money when purchasing at the box office.
Can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer any refunds.
What does a price tier mean?
Tiers have no differences aside from the cost. once a tier sells out the next price becomes available. Early buyers are rewarded with a discount for buying early. We always recommend buying the lowest available price for each ticket type.
Shuttles
Shuttles are the quickest and easiest way to travel to Das Energi Festival. Book your ride for your entire crew and let us get you to the festival! BOOK HERE
Hotels
The Saltair is located just west of Salt Lake City airport. Hotels near the airport are the closest option. Book hotels through our official partner One N Only here. Plus you can book through One N Only and use their roommate match up option and get matched up with other festival attendees!
Parking
Limited parking available at $20 per vehicle/day. Consider carpooling to save space and money. Parking spots are first-come, first-served.
Oversized Vehicles
No parking for RVs, Sprinter Vans, or limos in the lot, but drop-offs are welcome in the designated ride share area.
Rideshares, Ubers, Lyfts & Drop offs
Rideshare picks up and drops off at the top of the Saltair parking. Schedule your ride ahead of time to avoid delays.
Buses, Limos or oversized vans must drop off at the ride share drop off located left of the intersection near the entrance of the parking lot.
TRAFFIC UPDATE
Due to bridge construction the SR201 bridge at 3200 W. is closed. Traffic on east and west bound will be detoured down and up the ramps. Drivers should expect delays on SR 201 during peak travel times. Drivers are encouraged to take I-80, I-215, Redwood Road, 3500 South, and other alternate routes to avoid delays.
2 Day, Single Day & VIP Wristbands
Single Day, 2 Day and VIP ticket holders will all receive wristbands. This is your ticket into the show both days so keep it on all weekend. Ensure the wristband is securely fastened onto your wrist before you walk into the festival. Keep an eye on your wristband, we cannot replace lost, cut or altered wristbands.
Das Energi Exchange Shop – Exchange Your Wristband Early!
Before you head to the festival stop by the Das Energi Exchange Shop! Bring your 2 Day, Single Day or VIP Das Energi Festival ticket to the Das Energi Exchange Shop and exchange it for a wristband. This will expedite entry when you arrive at Das Energi Festival!
While you’re there, have a look around, artists will be live painting, Deseret Canteen will be grilling up some burgers and a little silent disco. Plus we are giving away tons of prizes. You could win a door prize just by walking in the door and anytime you make a purchase you will be given a raffle ticket for our Mega Das Energi Festival Giveaway! Prizes include 2 Day Wristbands, VIP upgrades, merch and more!
All ticket holders will enter the festival through the main entry. The only exception is IF you have your wristband before you enter the festival you can use the Wristbanded Entry located on the east side of the building. Below are the steps you’ll follow to enter Das Energi:
STEP 1: WRISTBAND EXCHANGE
All ticket holders including Single Day, 2 Day and VIP will receive a wristband before entering the festival. The Wristband Exchange will be the first stop when you enter through the main entry. PRO TIP: There will be an off-site Wristband Exchange during the week of the show. For details on the Das Energi Exchange Shop go here!
STEP 2: ID CHECKPOINT
All attendees will show their ID before entering Das Energi Festival. This is an 18+. We accept a range of ID’s, you can view the list of accepted ID’s at the entry of the festival here. The bar’s will only accept valid ID’s, see the list of ID’s the bar will accept for 21+ attendees here.
STEP 3: SECURITY CHECKPOINT
We want to make sure you are safe! Our security team will be enforcing our clear bag policy, along with making sure you only bring items you are allowed to bring. Want to get in quicker? Consider bringing a small bag with only the essentials.
To ensure the safety of our patrons, V2 Presents enforces specific guidelines for what items can and cannot be brought into our events at The Saltair. Please note that other venues may have different rules. This list is for Das Energi Festival 2024 specifically.
Security and staff has the final say on the admission of all items deemed dangerous or unsuitable. If you cannot find the item you want to bring listed it is up to the discretion of the security team is they allow this item. We suggest not bringing it it’s not listed. Or If the item is valuable to you, leave it at home. If we are unable to allow an item into the event, it will be your responsibility to return it to your car or home. Please note that we are not responsible for any items left at the venue.

- Flow Toys: Hula hoops, LED hoops, staffs, POI (subject to search).
- Flow toys are allowed but at the discretion of security, if they deem a flow toy to be dangerous they can be denied. Absolutely no metal staffs allowed.
- Glow Sticks/Gloves
- Flags/Banners: Handmade signs okay; no corporate/company branding or poles.
- EL Wire
- Mascot Costumes
- Face Masks
- Prescription Medications: Must show a physician’s prescription; consult with the Security Manager at entry.
- Breastfeeding Pump
- Narcan & Naloxone: Nasal spray only.
- Chapstick & Sunscreen: Travel-size lotion only; must be sealed. No aerosols.
- Bug Spray: Sealed, non-aerosol.
- Service Animals: Certified service animals only.

- UPDATE: Plushies, lovies, stuffed animals, and stuffies.
- Non-Clear Bags Larger than a Small Clutch: Refer to our clear bag policy.
- Backpacks, Briefcases, Camera Bags, Computer Bags, Luggage
- Totems & Flagpoles: Includes retractable flagpoles, inflatables, and balloons.
- Pacifiers/Binkies
- Native American Headdresses
- Outside Food, Drinks, Candy, and Alcohol
- Weapons: including toys that resemble weapons
- Illegal Substances/Paraphernalia, Vicks
- Digital/Professional Cameras: No detachable lenses over 2 inches, tripods, or commercial rigs.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable festival experience for everyone, V2 Presents will enforce a clear bag policy at Das Energi. Ensure your bag meets the specified dimensions; security will measure bags at entry points. Unapproved bags will be denied.
Large clear bags + hydration packs are NOT allowed in the bar areas. Fanny pack sized bags are allowed in the bar areas. Do not leave your bags unattended, lockers are available to rent near the women’s restrooms.
Each attendee is permitted to bring ONE of the following bags:
Clear Bags
- Material: Clear Plastic, vinyl, or PVC.
- Size: Must not exceed 16″ in length, 6″ in width, and 12″ in height.
Plastic Storage Bag
- Type: Clear, one-gallon, resealable.
Small Clutch Purses/Fanny Packs
- Size: No larger than 14″ in length and 8″ in height, with or without a handle or strap.
- Clarity: These do not need to be clear.
Hydration Packs (Camelbacks)
- Compartments: No more than three.
- Size: Must not exceed 16″ in length and 12″ in height.
- Clarity: These do not need to be clear.
If you have any questions or need assistance during Das Energi Festival you can visit the Lost & Found or ask any V2 Crew member (in high-ves V2 vests), Security (in bright yellow shirts) or venue staff and they can assist you. If you need medical assistance during Das Energi Festival alert any staff or security team member and they will assist you. You will never be in trouble for seeking medical assistance.
