Due to the unprecedented nature of COVID-19 and the series of cancellations / postponements it caused, we worked to create a fair policy to accommodate all of our ticket holders. Here is a timeline of event postponements, cancellations and reparations that were offered: 

• When Get Lucky 2020 postponement, Get Lucky 2020 tickets were either transferred over to Das Energi Festival 2020 or tickets holders were able to request a refund until March 27th, 2020. 

• When Das Energi Festival 2020 was postponed, Get Lucky tickets no longer qualified for Das Energi Festival and refunds & vouchers were offered again for Get Lucky and for Das Energi Festival until July 12th 2020. For those who chose to not opt for a refund by the deadline of July 12th 2020, ticket value was rolled over to a 2021 V2 Presents festival, issued as a credit through Eventbrite. 

• When Get Lucky 2021 postponed, if a refund was not requested prior to the deadline, tickets were automatically transferred to a credit inside your Eventbrite account. 

“Credits” as referred to above, are cash value balances applied to and held in an individual’s own Eventbrite account.

Get Lucky 2020 Postponement: (March 13th, 2020 – March 27th, 2020)

Das Energi 2020 Postponement: (June 11th, 2020 – July 11th, 2020)

Get Lucky 2021 Postponement: (February 1st, 2021 – March 3rd 2021)
