I bought my ticket on Ticketmaster what do I do?

We’ve transitioned this event’s ticketing system from Ticketmaster to Eventbrite. If you’ve already secured your tickets via Ticketmaster, rest assured, they remain fully valid. Both Ticketmaster and Eventbrite tickets will be accepted for entry.

I can’t find my tickets! Help!

When you order tickets on Eventbrite, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the Eventbrite app or website using the email on your order. Then, go to Tickets.

There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your Eventbrite account:

  • Different email address: You’re logged into Eventbrite using a different email address than the one you used to place the order.
  • Typo in your email address: The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.
  • The organizer needs more information: The event organizer is requesting additional information before your tickets can be issued. Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Tickets to provide the requested information.
Do I have to print my ticket, or can I bring it on my phone?

You have both options! After purchasing tickets through Eventbrite, an account is automatically set up with the email you used. To find your tickets, just log into the Eventbrite app or their website using this email. Navigate to ‘Tickets’ to view your options.

How do I update a name or email on a ticket?

No stress about names on tickets – we don’t check them. If you need to make changes, you can find how to do it here.

What if I have a question about my online ticket?

Got a ticket question? Reach out to us at info@v2presents.com with your order number and your question. We’re here to help!

Can I transfer my ticket to a different day?

You can transfer between events or tickets. Go to the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, select your order, and click “Transfer”. Then choose “Change Event” to transfer to a different event hosted by the organizer or “Change Ticket” to transfer to a different ticket (or seat) within the same event.

Can I upgrade from a Single Day ticket to a 2 Day ticket?

At this time, Eventbrite does not allow for upgrades within their system. If you purchase a 2 Day ticket, send us the order number of the 2 Day ticket and the Single Day ticket and we will refund your single day ticket. You must have already purchased the 2 Day ticket for us to refund the single day ticket. Email info@v2presents.com
